At Emerge Fitness, we understand the difficulty of getting a workout in with a little one at home. That's why our return to exercise package is baby friendly for pre-walkers. Sessions are 30 minutes which we find is the perfect amount of time to get a great workout in without taking too much time away from your baby. We have a baby bjorn, playpen, and play mats to accommodate your baby.
